MILLER, C.J.: On December 21, 1953 this Court granted enforcement of the order of the National Labor Relations Board which directed the respondent, among other things, to reinstate certain employees, and to make them whole for any loss of pay they may have suffered because of their illegal discharge. N.L.R.B. v. Southern Silk Mills, 209 F.2d 155, C.A. 6th, cert. denied, 347 U.S. 976. The reinstatement provisions of the decree have been satisfied.
